I stayed at the backpackers hostel from June until September and had the best time! I made so many amazing friends and will be leaving with incredible memories! The managers were always so kind, helpful and friendly! I will miss cable beach so much!!

I’ve stayed at many hostels, but Cable Beach Backpackers is truly special – and that’s mainly thanks to Sol and Ella! From the moment you check in, you can feel the genuine hospitality. Sol and Ella aren’t just friendly and professional – they go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. Whether it’s answering questions about the hostel, giving tips about Broome, or just sharing a laugh, they always take the time and bring so much positive energy. I’ll definitely be back 🙌🏼

The location close to the cable beach is amazing. The cleanliness is good, especially for a hostel and the staff and manager are willing to help and engaged to keep the place running. Neverless is the rent still quite expensive and sometimes another employee is missing during peak times.

I had such a great stay at this backpackers and would certainly recommend it! Safety was never a concern, lockers were available, and the overall atmosphere was super respectful and relaxed. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always happy to give tips on what to do around town. The location is spot on so it was easy to get around without any hassle. Facilities were also well looked after: clean bathrooms, a decent kitchen with everything you need, and common areas that made it easy to meet other travellers. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and social place to stay in Broome.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hostel for a whole month! The place is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The hostel offers parking, an equipped kitchen, clean showers, and a pool to relax in. There's also a volleyball and basketball court. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly spot close to the beach!

I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms and amenities of this facility. The staff were helpful, the atmosphere was inclusive and friendly and the location is great for the price. Pub across the road and beach at the end of the street. Great value for money, planning to stay here for my next trip.

At 46, this was my first time at a backpackers and I enjoyed it more than I expected. The staff were all helpful and friendly and most of the other guests/roommates were chatty too. Lots of open spaces to either sit by yourself or join in a larger group. The rooms were nice and quiet but I think just as an older traveller, I'd prefer 4 beds not 6. The beds are SUPER comfy though. Facilities were all great and easy to use. I'd definitely stay again.

I stayed only a night in a shared air conditioned room - before flying home the next day. Warm greeting, and quick explanation and tour of the place was useful. The pool was delightful. Lots of places to sit - in groups or by oneself. Plenty of charging points in room. Shared toilet/showers adequate and clean. Short stroll to beach and restaurants
